  5. ShadowBat is a path companion, it doesn't change batch files
  6. but instead creates new batches with the same names as ones
  7. further down, so when an infected batch is run from out of
  8. a path directory the "virus" (worm or whatever) runs first
  9. and searches for more batch files to shadow before running
  10. the shadowed batch. Delete the hidden batch files from
  11. path directories to remove this one.

  13. Infects one batch in each path directory each run by
  14. copying a copy of this batch to the same filename but
  15. in an earlier path directory. After infecting so many
  16. batch files it displays a message.

  18. To drop, run SHADOW.BAT from Windows or specify
  19. complete path\name.
  20.
